• Fractional Partner & Alliance Manager (e.g. 10 to 20 hours per week) providing a full range of strategic, operational and management functions as part of your leadership team.  
• Part-time contract role in strategy, operations or project management to add functional expertise or fill a staffing gap.
• Defined deliverables based on a statement-of-work (SOW). 

• Analyze partner/solution ecosystem and competitive position.
• Research, evaluate and recommend partners.
• Define a strategic alliance framework with win-win objectives.

• Recruit potential partners through customer and vendor networks, industry associations and referrals.
• Draft and negotiate an alliance agreement with an operational RACI and appropriate T&Cs.
• Define co-selling plans, motions and compensation incentives (e.g. sell-with, sell-thru).

• Manage a strategic alliance.
• Define, structure and manage a tiered partner program.
• Initiate and manage joint projects with selected partners.
