I offer flexible arrangements to meet your company's specific needs:

• Fractional Service Delivery Manager (e.g. 10 to 20 hours per week) providing a full range of strategic, operational and management functions as part of your leadership team.  
• Part-time contract role in strategy, operations or project management to add functional expertise or fill a staffing gap.
• Defined deliverables based on a statement-of-work (SOW). 

• Define the business case for paid Professional Services to support a product portfolio.
• Evaluate and engage system integrators who could provide sub-contracted delivery services.

• Define professional services offers and build initial task books.
• Align with Sales to position and sell service offers.
• Lead workshops with potential customers to define and prioritize use cases and success criteria.
• Negotiate statements of work (SOWs) and sub-contractor agreements.
• Mobilize delivery teams and establish preferred delivery methodolgy, e.g. agile, waterfall, hybrid

• Manage professional service projects, including RACI roles, stakeholder communication, project plan and schedule, budget-to-actual, issue resolution and status reporting.
